Youth Unlimited is the website for young people aged between 13-19 living in the South Gloucestershire area. The site aims to promote positive activities for young people and information for young people on anything from sexual health to transport.
South Gloucestershire Youth Centres are setting up fan pages on Facebook. Click here to check if your local centre is there and get up to date info.
LGBT month runs every February to celebrate the lives and contributions of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans people. This year's theme is focusing on sport, well it is the year of the Olympics after all! More information can be found on the LGBT history month website. The Albert Kennedy Trust offers support to young people experiencing homelessness because of the sexual orientation.
Get involved in fundraising selling roses in your school for Valentine's day! Lizzie's mum was diagnosed with Brest cancer 6 years ago. Lizzie's response was to set up Project Rose, fundraising for research into breast cancer. The idea is simple, students run the project selling silk roses anonimously in their schools. Roses then get delivered to students on Valentine's Day! For more info on the project and how to get involved visit Project Rose
