We understand why young people use drugs & alcohol…

Everyone has their reasons! You may not even really know why or how your drug or alcohol use has increased. Either way, we're here to help you if you feel that you need to make some changes; you may have concerns about your health, it may be affecting your relationships, costing too much or you may feel you are missing out on doing other things.

We are a confidential service based within South Gloucestershire for young people that can offer the support that best fits your needs; someone to talk to, on-going counselling to explore the things you're struggling with or just a brief chat on the phone to offer advice & information.

If you are using substances have a think about the following:

• Is it affecting how you get on at school, college or work?
• Is it causing problems at home or with relationships?
• Do you feel that your general mood or character has changed?
• Do you find it difficult if you don't have alcohol or drugs for a while?
• Do you or other people ever worry about your drinking or drug use?
• Have you lost interest in things/activities that you used to enjoy?
• Are you taking risks that you or others around you are concerned about e.g. unsafe or unwanted sex or making yourself vulnerable to becoming a victim of crime?

As a service we're not interested in telling you what to do we just want to help you to keep safe!
